Ms. Vittorio received a B.S. degree in Political Science with a specialization in Business & Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1994. In 1997, she received her Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School and was admitted to the California State Bar that same year. Ms. Vittorio was admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar in 2001. Ms. Vittorio has over 20 years of legal experience where the majority of her legal career (17+ years) has been spent practicing in the insurance defense arena.
Ms. Vittorio has handled civil litigation matters in both State and Federal Court jurisdictions in the areas of Complex Business Litigation, Credit Union and Banking Law, Surety Law, Lemon Law, Real Property Law, Construction Defect Litigation, Personal Injury, Employment Law and Bankruptcy Law (Ms. Vittorio served as an extern for the Honorable Lisa Hill Fenning of the United States Bankruptcy Court and represented Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees).
Ms. Vittorio also served as Fred Loya Insurance Company’s Senior Managing Attorney for their California office where she oversaw staff counsel’s office for this automobile insurance carrier’s California based office and represented insureds in their defense of personal injury lawsuits (bodily injury and property damage) arising out of motor vehicle accidents.
In over 20 years of litigating cases, Ms. Vittorio has handled 200+ depositions, and has gained significant experience in the effective use of law and motion, and alternative dispute resolution methods including mediations, settlement conferences and arbitrations.
Born in Argentina, Ms. Vittorio is fluent in Spanish (reading, writing and translating) and has translated national educational websites for Safe Routes to School National Partnership. She has also been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2008.
Ms. Vittorio served as an Adjunct Law Professor for her alma mater Whittier Law School where she taught Employment Law in 2015 and 2016, and most recently served as an Adjunct Law Professor for Purdue Global University in 2018 where she taught Employment Discrimination to law students.
When not practicing law, Ms. Vittorio enjoys spending time with her friends and family, hiking, traveling going to the theater and music concerts.
